Who knew!? I thought I was being savvy w/ my sea salt grinder, but there is more to life than that!! GREAT tip about the Kosher salt. I will be purchasing some very soon!

I’m kinda relieved that I got the whole Kosher Salt thing right. I’ve been using it for the last few years, and love it. Plus I feel all Alton Brown-y when I use it…
