Banana Pancakes
We knew we had to create these flap jacks to add to our food repertoire after hearing Jack Johnson’s song from the In Between Dreams album “Banana Pancakes” and introduced them to Mark & Jane one day before heading off to the local art museum. They are guaranteed to please, and taste like candy when done right.
WOw that sounds great!
We made pancakes with no leavening but beaten egg whites. Topped with peaches which were cooked in a little butter first – then sprinkled with surgar & cinnamon. Cookin skillet then pop in broiler to brown. YUM!
